DETAILS YOU NEED TO KNOW

CAN WE MEET IN-PERSON BEFORE BOOKING?

Yes, of course! Please get in touch with us via hello@innerblume.com or fill out our contact form below to choose a day. We are available Monday to Friday 9AM - 5PM to meet over coffee/tea. 

 
HOW DO WE SECURE YOUR SERVICE FOR OUR DATE?

We recommend getting in touch 10 to 12 months prior to your event date. Your date is secured with a 20% deposit. The remaining balance will be due 2 weeks prior to your event. 
 
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER WE BOOK YOU? 
 
We know how overwhelming wedding planning can be for you and your partner so we will try keep it simple and straightforward as possible. Once the quote and terms has been accepted and a 20% deposit is paid for our services, we will draft a proposal for approval. 

We would love if we could attend a venue visit (if we haven't already worked with the venue) to gather measurements etc. This can be during the initial consultation or at a later date. 

1-2 months before your special day, we will schedule a time to touch base and go through the final details, including your wedding run sheet, styling run sheet, bump in & out times.

And that's it, we will see you on the day! 


HOW MUCH DO YOU THINK EVERYTHING WILL COST?

We'd love to provide an amount straight away to let you know the ins and outs. But as we all know, each wedding is unique and that goes for the costs as well. We have a minimum spend of $8000 and this amount ensure that we as designers have all measures covered. 

HOW LONG WILL YOU NEED FOR SET UP?

Every set up is unique. We would usually allocate a minimum 2 hours and sometime require up to 4 hours to make sure we have ample time for set up and installations to go up whilst making sure that all safety procedures are in place. Our team works closely with your venue and vendors to make sure that everything is in place before you and your guests arrive. Part of all our service is to create a styling run sheet which is shared with yourself and the venues. 

DO YOU STAY DURING THE EVENT?


Every event varies. Usually, we stay for the first hour to ensure all elements are in their final place. 

In some cases if the venue is far from our studio, it would be appreciated if we stay and have supplier meals provided. We usually dine along with other vendors such as the photographer/videographer, DJ/band.
